In 2025, Jeff joined Bagley & Rhody, P.C. as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than a decade of experience strengthening operations and positioning organizations for sustainable growth. He has held senior leadership roles overseeing project portfolios, finance, IT, recruiting, and corporate compliance, and has successfully guided multiple organizations through ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. Jeff has also built systems that enhance knowledge sharing, streamline workflows, and improve overall organizational performance.

At Bagley & Rhody, Jeff oversees the firm’s business operations, focusing on simplifying processes, improving financial clarity, and supporting attorneys and staff in delivering exceptional client service. His work strengthens day-to-day efficiency while intentionally positioning the firm for sustainable, scalable growth. A collaborative and forward-thinking leader, Jeff is known for finding practical solutions that help people do their best work. He is also an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).

Outside the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, and playing golf.
